Claudia Wolter, CPA, CCIFP, CCA, CSSGB​

Claudia Wolter, CPA, CCIFP, CCA, is a Shareholder and Quality Management Director at KatzAbosch, where she has been a key contributor since joining the firm in 1988. She works closely with the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Services Group and is a member of the Construction and Real Estate Services Group.

Claudia is responsible for the firm’s quality management system and overall monitoring functions. She also chairs the Innovation Committee and has long been instrumental in advancing the firm’s adoption of transformative technologies and processes. Throughout her career, she has helped drive major firm initiatives, including large-scale software implementations and the transition to paperless workflows.

Claudia holds the prestigious Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, the Certified Construction Auditor (CCA) designation from the National Association of Construction Auditors (NACA), and a Lean Six Sigma CPA Green Belt certification from Ohio State University ATI and Boomer Consulting, Inc. In addition, Claudia is an Executive Committee member of Construction Industry CPAs and Consultants (CICPAC) and serves on the Business and Industry Committee of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), where she frequently speaks at industry events, including MACPA Converge.
