Background & Experience

Amanda, a Tax Manager with KatzAbosch, joined the firm in 2024. She has extensive experience providing tax planning and compliance services for corporations, pass-through entities, and high-net-worth individuals Amanda manages federal, state, and local income and franchise tax compliance for a wide range of clients, including multinational and middle-market companies as well as closely held businesses.  In addition, Amanda provides guidance on the tax impacts of reorganizations and complex business structures.
