Celebrating the Retirements of Chris Clingerman and Tim Ward

We are pleased to share that after many years of dedicated service to KatzAbosch, Chris Clingerman and Tim Ward have announced their retirements at the end of 2026.

Chris joined KatzAbosch in 1993 and will retire after an incredible 33 years with the Firm. Throughout her career, Chris has made significant contributions to KatzAbosch through both her client service and leadership within the Firm. A valued member of the Tax Department with a real estate specialty, Chris managed some of the Firm’s largest real estate clients. She has also served as both a member and co-chair of the Accounting and Auditing Committee. During her time as co-chair, she helped increase efficiencies across the Firm’s accounting engagements and played an integral role in KatzAbosch’s transition to a paperless environment. Additionally, Chris served on the Firm’s Personnel Committee, where she led annual reviews for staff and senior-level employees. She also managed the Firm’s mentor program, mentoring numerous colleagues throughout her career and continuing to serve as an active mentor today. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement have had a lasting impact on the Firm.

Tim joined KatzAbosch in 2015, bringing more than 30 years of experience in assurance, tax, and business advisory services. During Tim’s time with the Firm, he has served clients across government contracting, construction and real estate, and technology, while also advising clients on banking and surety matters, operational improvement, employee incentive plans, and business succession. Beyond his client work, Tim has been a dedicated participant and leader in professional associations, building connections that have strengthened KatzAbosch’s presence in the community. Tim has left a lasting mark on KatzAbosch through his dedication to our clients, our people, and the Firm. We are deeply grateful for all he has contributed and will certainly miss having him as part of our team.

We are grateful to Chris and Tim for their many years of service, leadership, and commitment to KatzAbosch and our clients. Their contributions have helped shape the Firm and the relationships we have built.
