Mark Cissell, CEO & President, Named one of Maryland’s 2016 Most Admired CEOs by The Daily Record

ceos_logo2The Daily Record has named Mark Cissell, CEO & President, KatzAbosch as one of Maryland’s 2016 Most Admired CEOs.

The Daily Record created the Most Admired CEOs awards program to recognize talented business CEOs and nonprofit executive directors throughout Maryland for their leadership and professionalism. The winners were selected based on their leadership and vision; competitiveness and innovation; community leadership and service; financial performance and growth; corporate leadership and board service; and nonprofit involvement.

This year’s winners were selected by a panel of business and legal professionals and a representative of The Daily Record. A listing of the winners is below.

In addition, four CEOs were named to the Circle of Leadership, which honors those recognized three times. They are Andy Bertamini, Maryland regional president, Wells Fargo; Barb Clapp, president & CEO, Clapp Communications; Dr. Peggy Naleppa, president & CEO, Peninsula Regional Health System; and Mary Ann Scully, board chairperson, president & CEO, Howard Bank.

The 2016 Most Admired CEOs will be honored Sept. 22 at a dinner starting at 5:30 p.m. at the BWI Hilton, 1739 West Nursery Road in Linthicum Heights. Winners will be profiled in a special magazine that will be inserted into the Sept. 23 issue of The Daily Record and available online at www.TheDailyRecord.com.
