Other topics of discussion included new opportunities, tenant demands in commercial space, technology developments and green space, to name a few. KatzAbosch’s Shareholder and Chair of the Construction Services Group, Michael Gentry, presented on Finding and Controlling the Direction of Cash Flow. Secretary Mike Gill (pictured with Founder Alvin Katz of KatzAbosch) of the Department of Business and Economic Development discussed the “State of the State” under the new Hogan administration in Maryland and fielded questions from the audience. The afternoon kicked off with a presentation from Tony Ivener of Ivener Management Strategies on Ownership Transition Strategies and Succession Planning. Buddy Potler, Principal with Offit Kurman, closed with an interactive and lively discussion on Mediation and Communication Skills.
