Professional Services Firm is currently looking for a Full-Time Scheduling and CPE Coordinator. This position will help support the human resource department and be a strategic and creative member in the Firm. The candidate must be confident, adaptable, have excellent organizational skills and be an expert in excel. The primary responsibilities of the Scheduling and CPE Coordinator is to develop and maintain schedules for all service areas to meet the needs of the Firm and coordinate internal/external trainings.

Description of Duties

  • Work and strategize with partners and managers to address their staffing needs and provide the necessary resources to confirm those needs
  • Prepare materials and conduct scheduling meetings as needed
  • Compare actual hours versus scheduled hours and address any discrepancies
  • Prepare detailed quarterly scheduling reports
  • Address staffing needs and recommendations
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly comparison reports
  • Provide performance feedback to the Director of Human Resources and those involved as heads of specific niche areas
  • Delegate tasks to unassigned staff and assign new client work, small projects, etc. and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
  • Monitor and track CPE credits, renewals, etc
  • Schedule internal CPE trainings
  • Must be able to work 6 Saturdays (4hrs each) during busy season

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource or related field preferred and/or 5 years’ experience to perform job duties. Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with the following software GoFileRoom, CheckPoint Learning, Century Reporting, Visual Practice Management and Caseware is a plus. Must have strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a diverse and wide audience. Must be able to operate in a deadline-driven environment and work well under pressure.
