KatzAbosch is seeking a Customer Service and Payroll Specialist to join their subsidiary company, BlueStone Services, LLC team. BlueStone Services is a one-stop outsource service solution that is cost effective and can scale with a company as they grow and succeed in their marketplace. The BlueStone team is looking for a person ready to join our dynamic team to support our fast-growing and diverse range of clients. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform bookkeeping tasks and respond and assist with customer questions. This position requires excellent communication skills.

Description of Duties

  • Recognize payroll issues and work with internal and external departments to resolve
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Provides high quality service for our Clients
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints
  • Perform bookkeeping services through the preparation of financial statements using the firm’s computerized systems
  • Assist others by performing bookkeeping duties on various projects
  • Accomplish tasks accurately and timely
  • Become proficient with the firm’s computer programs: Caseware/Caseview, ProSystems, BNA Fixed assets, QuickBooks, Outlook, GoFileRoom, etc.
  • Prepare schedules, general ledger account analyses, and projects as requested
  • Keep track of daily transactions
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a high school diploma with at least three years’ bookkeeping experience and/or payroll customer service. Must possess sharp analytical skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to client’s needs. Must have the ability to communicate both verbally and written, be technically competent, self-motivated, and reliable to anticipate needs of clients.
